Born for agility

Best Agility was formed in 2017, by our lead consultant and managing director, Greg Morgan.

Improving Enterprise agility typically requires significant organisation change and investment. Our consultants work with senior business stakeholders, product managers and technical delivery teams to minimise friction and support the change process.

We have worked for global and UK based companies in a range of market sectors, including Government, Financial Services, Travel and Pharmaceutical. We often work with other agile consultancies too, where large deliveries require multiple coaches.

Our consultants share similar values to our clients; together we bring about positive, valuable change, whilst mentoring, nurturing and creating great teams and working environments where agile can thrive.

I always felt that more could be done in the workplace to support the agile training being deliverered across organisations. So, I created Best Agility with a vision to partner with global companies and consultancies in need of agile coaching and delivery help. We decided to focus on applying agility in the workplace to help large deliveires, using our experience and awareness of organisational culture. It starts from the assumption that all teams, people and companies are different and need bespoke coaching and delivery based on their context and culture. We've had some great results so far!".
